About Us
Make It Shoppe is owned and managed by Jo & Ann. We are both working adults with full time jobs of our own. We started last 2019 with the aim to sell out our extra merchandise. Then on the last quarter of 2020, we decided to sell more items and open more group orders as we were able to find our own consolidator in South Korea.
Our main purpose is to offer reasonable prices to our fellow fangirls and fanboys. We assured our items are 100% authentic and official, they are bought directly from the Weverse shop and other official Korean websites
We also offer purchase assistance and pasabuy/box sharing services.
Terms and Conditions
By making a purchase on Make It Shoppe, customers must have read, understood and agreed to abide by all of the terms and conditions stated below:
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Make sure to only provide an accurate and true information. All personal information collected will be kept confidential and will be only used for shop record's.
MINORS
For minor customers (below 18yrs old), they need to make sure to have their parents/guardians consent before placing an order. In case, we (MakeItShoppe) receive any complaints or issues from their parents/guardians, the order of the said minor will automatically be cancelled.
PAYMENTS
Full Payment including shipping fees must be paid on or before the deadline of payment to avoid any delays.
For Multiple or Combined Payments, just provide the breakdown of the payments on the payment form notes.
Always submit a payment form on every transfer.
NO PAYMENT FORM = NO ORDER
DEADLINE OF PAYMENTS
Downpayment must be paid within 24hrs after order placement or else reservation will be forfeited.
Failure to communicate with the shop admins regarding the order would automatically mean that "Order is Cancelled". A 48 hours grace period will be given to settle the (late) payment with a corresponding 50php penalty for each day added to the due date. Failure to pay within the given consideration will automatically cause to the cancellation of the order without prior notice.
We will no longer remind our customers about unsettled payments and deadlines.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Strictly no abrupt cancellation of orders.
Cancellation fee of 100pesos must be paid to avoid getting listed as a Joy Reserver/Bogus Buyer. Failing to do so will automatically put on the list of customers we won’t be providing services to in the future.
Downpayment are always non-refundable.
CHANGE OF DETAILS
Changing of address and contact number is allowed, any changes in information must be provided ahead of time.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
Make It Shoppe is not responsible in the event of any loss, liability and delay of order due to courier issue.
Local Courier – Gogo Express; Abest; SSDShipping schedule – weekend only
DAMAGED ITEMS/MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Make It Shoppe will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay arising from the act of God, force majeure, acts of government authority, or shipper’s breach of this contract.
Make it Shoppe will not be held responsible for any damages done by the local and international courier. Complaint must be done directly to these couriers.

Make It Shoppe’s responsibility ends once the item has been shipped. In case of delays, please contact the courier’s branch.

FAQs
Where are you located?
We are located at Imus, Cavite and we do nationwide shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payment thru Gcash or bank transfer via BDO and BPI.
Do you offer COD?
We can do COD for the shipping fee only and you may have COD for the items that are listed on our Shopee account.
Are the items official?
Yes, all our items are 100% official and bought directly from Korean websites. We refrain on getting a supplier to avoid getting scammed.
How much are the items? Do you have any hidden charges?
The published item price is "all in" (which includes item price, international sf, consolidator fee, etc) excluding the local shipping fee.
In case of a sudden price change, we will inform you immediately and you must revert back to us within 24hrs of your chosen option to either pay for the difference or cancel the order without any additional fees.
How can I receive my items?
You may choose your preferred courier, either Gogo express or Abest. We can also do same day delivery via Lalamove, Mr. Speedy and Grab or you may do personal pick up at our location.
I've filled out the order form, what should I do next?
Kindly verify the information on your order confirmation sent via email and once confirmed, kindly settle your down payment within 24hrs and send us a payment form to help us track your order and payment. If you have an order number but didn't received any email, please contact us immediately to reconfirm your email address.
Where I can find the payment details and how to send the proof of payment?
Payment details are included on the email confirmation along with the payment form on where you will send the proof of payment. Once confirmed, you will be receiving a payment receipt and an invoice with your updated balance.
When can I received my items?
All items are under normal ETA (estimated time of arrival), it's 3-5weeks after shipment from our korean address, unless otherwise stated, a different ETA will be announced. Once the items arrived at our PH address, kindly give us at least a week or two to sort out and pack your items.

Order form
All details about the item or group orders such as price, delivery fee, deadline of payment, etc, can be found on the order form. Once you submitted your form, it means you agreed on our terms and conditions.
Payment form
We will honor your payment only if you send a payment form. In case you would use a different account for the payment, kindly indicate the Account Name and Order ID on the remarks. Please don't forget to review all provided information to avoid any confusion or delays.
NO PAYMENT FORM = NO ORDER
Masterlist, Tracking and Payment Confirmation
Tracking and Masterlist are exclusive for our buyers and will be updated within 24-48hrs after you submitted your order form, same goes with the pasabuy items - just check 'pasabuy' tab. Order invoice and payment receipt will be sent every end of the week or earlier.
Box Schedule
Our box can stay at our korean address for a maximum of a month, unless the box is already full, then we can ship it immediately. Box pick up day is every Tuesday and loading day is every Friday (schedules are subject to change).
